ISO 9001

Quality Management System

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management. It helps organizations of any size and sector improve their performance, meet customer expectations, and demonstrate their commitment to quality. ISO 14001

Environmental Management System

ISO 14001 is the internationally recognized standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS). It provides a framework that enables organizations to design and implement an environmental management system and continuously improve their environmental performance. Adopting the standard allows for proactive measures aimed at reducing their environmental impact, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, and achieving defined environmental objectives. The system encompasses several areas, including the efficient use of resources, waste management, monitoring of environmental performance, and involving stakeholders in commitments and environmental protection policies.

ISO 45001

Health and Safety at Work

ISO 45001 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for a Health and Safety Management System (HSMS). It provides a structured framework for managing risks and improving performance in the field of health and safety at work. The standard defines the criteria relating to policy, objectives, planning, implementation, operational management, audit, and review of the system. Key elements include the commitment of leadership, employee participation, hazard identification and risk assessment, compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements, emergency planning, incident analysis, and continuous improvement.

ISO/IEC 27001

Security of Information

ISO/IEC 27001 is the most recognized international reference standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). It defines the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving an information security management system. Product and sector

Product and supply chain standards

EU Ecolabel

European Union ecological quality mark

The EU Ecolabel distinguishes products and services that, while guaranteeing high performance standards, are characterized by a reduced environmental impact. It is based on scientific criteria relating to the entire life cycle of the product: from the extraction of raw materials to production, packaging and transport, to use, recovery and disposal. The criteria cover the use of energy, water and chemicals, as well as the production of waste, but also functionality and quality of performance. Compliance with the criteria is verified by an independent third-party body; the criteria are defined at European level with extensive participation from producers, consumers and environmental associations, and also cover the health and safety of consumers and, where relevant, the social and ethical aspects of the production processes.

CAM

Minimum Environmental Criteria

The Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) are the environmental requirements defined for the various phases of the purchasing process, aimed at identifying the best design solution, product or service from an environmental perspective throughout the life cycle, taking into account market availability.

HACCP

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points

HACCP («Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points») is a hygienic self-control system that prevents the dangers of food contamination. Its objective is to ensure the safety of food in all stages of the food chain, from primary production to distribution. Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 stipulates that all food businesses must adopt the HACCP manual; a certificate obtained through a specific course certifies basic knowledge of hygiene, food safety and the risks of contamination of food.
